We were jaded by the age of seventeen
We went school and played guitar
that didn't get us very far
and now we're all burnt out and
whining of our woes

They said we're motivated but we're going nowhere
we're overrated by the constructs of our minds
They're irritated coz where doing something
they're irritated coz they might get left behind

It's time to grow up but we don't wanna
School days are over but we're still pariahs
and we forgot how to express what's inside of us
